A name or place entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies the result. We do not keep or record those search terms on our systems.

The site provides general directions to Echols County record custodians, including the Echols County Sheriff's Office, the local courts, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation's Georgia Crime Information Center, and the Georgia Sex Offender Registry. This is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party records.
